Anthony Waterman is an expert in life cycle costing with over 20 years professional experience.
Anthony sits on the BSI / ISO committee ISO/TC 59/SC 14/WG 4 Maintenance and Life Cycle Costing. He contributes to the development of international standards on life cycle costing and the maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets. These standards are referred to in the BREEAM manual compliance notes.
He also presents online training for the BRE Academy entitled Life Cycle Costing in BREEAM: a Practical Explanation. This online training provides an explanation of life cycle costing applied to both elemental and component levels, specifically covering new build, refurbishment and fit-out BREEAM schemes.
