He sits on the ISO TC59 committee responsible for development of high-profile international standards that assess building performance. His career path includes being the Head of Economic Modelling at BRE, Head of Research at MACE, and Service Leader for Life Cycle Costing at Arcadis. As a Director, Anthony has overseen the expansion of ADW’s service portfolio to cover impactful facets of built environment consultancy including Demolition and Refurbishment audits, Security Needs Assessments, and more.

Harish Borah is an expert in cost and carbon studies with over 10 years of experience. He specialises in applying Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) frameworks to accurately calculate, report, and reduce the carbon footprints of buildings. His work not only helps built assets achieve net-zero carbon targets but also demonstrates the value for money of alternative designs and specifications. Harish also advises Green Building Rating Systems in India on LCC and LCA methodologies and serves on several Technical Committees to advance these practice.

Ken is a chartered security professional with a passion for built environment security design. He is a current director of the Association of Security Consultants (UK) as well as being involved with the BRE-led industry-wide adoption of the SABRE security certification. Ken is a Suitably Qualified Security Specialist (SQSS) with a record of successful consultations that include security guidance for Art Council England and BREEAM.
